Yes, we have a free shuttle van from our resort to Alona Beach and Alona area. The shuttle is available from 8am to 6pm - everyday! You can text/call our drivers when you want to come back to the resort and we will come and pick you up aslo.

You can use cash (php), Gcash, credit cards, WeChat Pay & AliPay.

Yes, we have a 500 mbps fiber and 600 mbps fiber Internet connection. Internet free for our guests. Each guest/user has a dedicated 10 mbps connection which ensures streaming of YouTube, Netflix and other services.

We are approx 8-900 meter from Alona Beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk or you can take our free shuttle from 5.30am-22.30pm.

Yes, we can arrange airport pickup at Panglao Airport for 400 pesos in total for a car or van. Seaport pickup is 800 pesos for a car or van. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange pickup. The driver will have a signboard with your name when we arrange the pickup.

Our restaurant is open from 5.30am until 10pm. Last order is 9.00pm. We serve local and international food.

Yes, we have a massage house beside the pool where our excellent massage therapists offer a range of massage services. Our guests can also have massage in the room/bungalow. Most of our massage services cost 400 pesos per hour.

We opened our resort on May 19th 2018.

Yes we can arrange island hopping and countryside tours for our guests. Please ask at reception for details and prices.

Yes, we can arrange scooter for rent for approx 400 pesos per day (24H). Please bring valid driver license and remember to always wear helmet and shoes when driving.

Our pool is open 6am-10pm. Please be reminded that we do not have a life guard - so be careful and remember use of our pool facilities is at own risk.

Smoking is strictly NOT allowed in the rooms/bungalows. We will fine every incident with 20,000 pesos. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in in areas where no other guests are being disturbed.

Pets are not allowed at Island World Panglao.

We have international and local guests. Many of Island World Panglaos guests are from Korea, Taiwan and China, but also from Europe, USA, Australia and local guests from the Philippines.

Island World Panglao has become very popular with guests in especially China and Taiwan - we focus on providing best possible service with focus, passion and commitment. We do our best to always provide best possible service for our guests and appreciate all guests at our resort. We always look for ways to make our guests happy!

All our bungalows are located around the pool - most of them with direct pool view. Non of our bungalows is more than 5 meters from the pool. Some of our other rooms/apartments are a little further away from the pool.

Yes of course! Our team is happy and appreciate a tip from our guests - the staff tip box is at the reception :)

Yes! Island World Panglao makes a big effort to comply with all regulations and permits for the business in The Philippines. All our staff have fair salaries and receive the mandatory employee benefits (SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth).

Yes, we have hair dryer in all rooms.

Yes, all our rooms have TV with plenty of local and international cable TV channels.

Yes, we provide 20% discount for Filipino Senior Citizens with valid Senior Citizen ID - the discount is valid only for services which are not already discounted/part of a promotion.

Yes, we have day use for 200 per person - available 9am-6pm.

Yes, we can arrange the room for special occations and also arrange delicious birthday cakes for approx 500-800 pesos. Please let us know beforehand if you would like us to arrange your room and/or birthday cake.

Yes, we can recommend Toto for Italian food, Barwoo and Ubeco for Asian food, Sushihan for sushi and Oasis for seafood and beachfront restaurant. Our own restaurant at Island World Panglao is also ver good :)

Not more than 100 pesos. If a driver ask for more, better find another driver.

The weather is actually almost always nice - with temperatures of approx 25-30 degrees Celcius all year its a great holiday location. There are rainy seasons, but when it rains its often only short time and then the sun is back.
